How to View and Manage All Installed Programs in Windows 8? The Windows 8 Developer Preview doesn’t list All Installed programs in the Start menu. You can still see a list of all installed programs and Metro UI apps stall now. Now I show to view and manage all installed programs.



From the desktop view or Metro UI press the Windows key and press the F key and click on Apps under the Search Apps box.







Now all of of the programs you have installed on your system are displayed in alphabetical order.







Click an app icon to launch it. As I launched here Safari so it shows up in desktop.







Now click a Metro App to launch it. As I launched here the News Metro App.







If you right click on app and you can pin it to the Metro screen for easier access.
